For UK fitness creators

Work with thebrands you already use

Every fitness creator has a brand they've used since the day they started training. I'm 21, and I've already worked with Gymshark, YoungLA and Myprotein — with offers from plenty more. This is how you build the pages those brands come looking for, across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Worked through with you personally, not a course you watch alone. Limited spots for that reason.

Why this one and not an American course

Nobody over here
is teaching this

There's no shortage of content about growing a fitness page. Almost all of it is American — and while the growth half travels, the part about actually landing a British brand doesn't. The names you want to work with are here, and so is everything that comes with approaching them.

UK brands, UK contacts

Who to reach inside a British brand, and what they respond to.

Generic "DM the brand account" advice goes nowhere, because whoever runs the brand account isn't the person choosing who they work with. You'll learn which team handles creator partnerships, how to find the right person there, and what your message needs to say to get a reply.

Knowing what you're worth

So you don't undersell yourself to a brand you'd have worked with anyway.

The easiest way to end up resenting a brand you loved is to agree to something before you knew what was normal. You'll go into the conversation understanding what's on the table, so you can say yes because you want to rather than because you didn't know any better.

The bits nobody warns you about

Exclusivity, usage rights and the admin side of working with a brand.

Signing with one brand can quietly rule out three others for a year. Knowing how that works before you sign is the difference between a partnership you're glad about and one you're stuck in. Not legal or financial advice — just the things I got wrong first so you don't have to.

The programme

Three phases,
in order

Design the page, grow it with the right audience, then open the door to the brands. You can't approach a brand with a page that doesn't convert, and you can't grow a page you haven't fixed — so we do it in that order, and I'm in it with you at every stage rather than handing you a course to watch alone.

01

I design your page with you

We rebuild your profile from the top down so someone landing on it knows who you are in two seconds — bio, name field, highlight covers, grid layout, colour direction, the link setup. Then we take it a step further and make it brand friendly: a feed a marketing team can look at and immediately picture their product sitting in. Most creators lose the follow here before they're ever judged on their content, and brands lose interest here too.

02

I help you grow it, week by week

Views are easy. Views from the exact audience your favourite brand is trying to reach are not — and that gap is why one page gets approached and another with identical numbers doesn't. We build your formats, hooks and filming setup around that audience, get one filming session feeding Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, then sit down over your insights every week and cut whatever isn't pulling.

I hand you the contacts

The part nobody else can teach, because it isn't public. Who to reach inside each brand, the route in that actually gets opened, what your message needs to say, and what to do with the reply when it lands. You'll get a media kit built off your real numbers, and I'll read your approach before it goes anywhere so you don't burn a first impression you only get once.

Before you apply

Read this bit properly

I'd rather you ruled yourself out here than wasted your time on a call. This works for a specific type of person.

This is for you if

  • You already post in the fitness or lifestyle space and aren't getting the reach you want
  • You can film and edit your own content, or you'll learn fast
  • There's a brand you'd genuinely be proud to work with
  • You can commit a few hours a week to filming and reviewing what worked
  • You'll take feedback on your content without taking it personally

This isn't for you if

  • You want someone to film and edit everything for you — different service, ask me on the call
  • You're after a follower-buying or engagement-pod shortcut
  • You haven't posted in the last month and don't plan to start
  • You want a guarantee that a specific brand will sign you
  • You're not in the fitness, gym or lifestyle space at all

Why me

The numbers,
not the claims

I'm 21. I'm not a marketing consultant who read about this — I run the pages, film the content and have the conversations with the brands myself. There aren't many people in this country who've sat across the table from all three of those names, and fewer still who did it this early.

I didn't wait to be discovered. Gymshark, YoungLA and Myprotein came from building pages worth approaching and then approaching them properly — the offers since came to me. I did all of it before 21, from the UK, with no agency and nobody handing me contacts. Everything in this programme is what got me there, including the parts that cost me months.

Questions

Straight answers

Do you run my page for me?

No. This teaches you to run it, because a page brands sponsor has to sound like you. If you genuinely want it done for you, mention it on the call — separate service, priced differently, and I only take a couple at a time.

How small can my page be?

No follower minimum, but you need to be posting. If you've got nothing up, there's nothing for me to diagnose. Post for two weeks, then apply.

What does it cost?

We go through pricing on the call, once I've looked at your page and we both know whether it's a fit. There's more than one option depending on how much direct time with me you want.

Can you guarantee I'll work with a specific brand?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. What I can do is get your page to the standard these brands look for and hand you the exact process for approaching them. Whether one specific brand says yes in a given quarter depends on their roster and their plans, which nobody outside the building controls.

Do I actually get your contacts?

Yes — who to reach inside each brand and the route in that gets opened. One condition: I read your approach before it goes out. Those relationships took me years to build, and a lazy message sent to the right person does more damage than never sending one. Get it right and the door stays open for you as well as me.

Is this Instagram only?

No. I run Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and the same content gets repurposed across all three rather than filmed three times. We'll set up the posting system so one filming session feeds every platform, which is where most of the growth on my Facebook has come from.

How much time does it take each week?

A few hours filming, plus a call with me. The filming isn't extra work if you're already posting — we're changing what you shoot, not adding hours.

I'm not in the UK. Does that matter?

The growth side works anywhere. The brand side is strongest for UK labels, since that's where my relationships are. Say where you're based on the application and I'll be straight with you about the fit.
